For the third time I had the pleasure of speaking to Prof. William Riggs' CRP 530 Planning Agency Management class on May 3, 2016. I always enjoy this experience and enjoy sharing some of my lessons learned over my career, particularly the opportunity to describe my experiences at U.S. DOT.
