As always it was a wonderful and busy week at the Transportation Research Board 96th Annual Meeting held January 8-12 in Washington, D.C. I was a co-author on 6 presented papers, gave 1 presentation, chaired 1 session, led the Operations Section Executive Board Meeting and participated in a meeting of the Transportation Research Record Review Advisory Board. I also attended all 13 committee meetings and 1 task force meeting within the Operations Section, attended the meeting of all Section Chairs, and the Committee Chair “speed dating” session. It was wonderful to have a large group of USF students and faculty in attendance. CUTR also had a very large presence, with our reception, booth, many papers, presentations and meeting.
